Our Story
Freedom Comfort Servicesis local, family-owned, and family-run. There are four of us at home, and we come from a family of tradesmen. When we show up at your house, you're getting people who do this work for a living — not a call center and not a rushed subcontractor.
We moved to this area about four years ago. It didn't take long to know we wanted to put down roots here. Wake and Johnston County is where we're raising our kids, and it's where we want to build our business.
We started this company because we got tired of how the service industry usually goes — hard to reach, unclear pricing, jobs done halfway. We wanted to run things differently, with care, courage, community, and character at the center of how we treat people.
